Services. Red Barn Pet Retreat (“Red Barn”) provides dog boarding, daycare, grooming and are able to accommodate additional special services upon request.

Red Barn reserves the right to immediately change your Pet(s)’ type of boarding, daycare or grooming needs if we believe it is necessary to protect the health and well-being of your Pet(s), other pets, or our staff, and Owner agrees to pay any additional costs associated with the change. We will exercise reasonable judgment as we provide the Services.

Payment for Services. You agree to pay us for the Services we provide to your Pet(s) during each visit at the rates set forth at the start of such visit. Prices are subject to change without notice and seasonal rates may apply.

Payment will begin on the day and time you leave your Pet(s) and continue until the day and time you pick up your Pet(s).

If you do not pay your bill in full at check-out, Red Barn is required to return your Pet(s) to you at the time of check-out. You understand, however, that you will remain liable for all charges incurred during your Pet(s)’ stay, and Red Barn reserves the right to collect any unpaidbalance.

Pets not picked up on Departure Date. If Owner does not pick up your Pet(s) at the agreed upon date and time you hereby authorize us to continue to provide the Services as set forth in this Agreement at your expense. If Red Barn determines, at its sole discretion, that an extension of Services is required, payment in full may be required prior to extending such Services.
